Sheeting
The wire cuts on both passes, allowing a block of foam to be quickly sliced into sheets of equal or varying thickness. The software also compensates for the thickness of the wire, so all cuts are done with incredible accuracy.
Diverse Materials
This machine is a great choice for companies who work with a wide variety of foam types. It can cut through any type of foam that a project requires, from flexible, rigid, semi-rigid to heavy syntactic foams.
Pipe and Tank Insulation Industry
The horizontal model is most commonly used to cut tank and pipe insulation for process plants. Many of the well-known international insulation companies own multiple Wintech machines and move them from project to project.
