Cut custom shapes with computer-controlled accuracy, to ensure quick and quality results every time.
Flat & Corrugated Sheeting
This model can hold multiple hotwires, allowing a block of foam to be sliced into multiple sheets in a single pass. The simultaneous pan operation also allows for the production of corrugated sheeting with a flat face.
Cones & Tapered Cuts
The independent axes allows for the creation of tapered cuts and cones.
Large Sheeting & Double Block Profiling
The contouring carriage has an extra-large travel distance to allow for sheeting large blocks. Alternatively, the space can be used for double block profiling, so two blocks can be cut at once.
Insulation & Architecture
The ability to cut large blocks of foam in one pass makes this machine a favourite in insulation and architectural companies. The dynamic cutting platform makes it versatile enough to adapt to each project or changes in factory layouts.
